1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from FilterCycle ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have parental or guardian consent, to place an order.

3. Products and compatibility

We sell replacement pool and spa filter cartridges, including products cross-referenced to third-party part numbers and brand names (such as Type VI, 90352E, 58323, C-4326, and FC-2375) for identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original equipment manufacturers unless explicitly stated. We make reasonable efforts to ensure cross-reference accuracy but do not guarantee fit for every unit or model variation — please confirm your filter's dimensions and part number before ordering.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in which a pricing or product description error has occurred, whether or not the order has been confirmed or paid for.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on your selected cadence (Summer or Maintenance) at the price and discount in effect at checkout, unless cancelled. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date by emailing SamNBarberio@gmail.com. No refunds are issued for shipments already processed or sent. We will provide advance notice of any change to your subscription price or terms.

6. Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, and to refuse any order, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilterCycle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including damage to pool or spa equipment resulting from improper installation. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of FilterCycle or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing law
